ok....we went to the pediatrician again for 2 shots. I cried a little bit, but forgot about it fast. They also put me on a scale. I'm 18 pounds now and still in the 95 percentile. But head, body etc are all proportional.
I demand more food, but we cannot increase the formula any more. We are already at 7 ounces. The pediatrician told us that we need to introduce some baby foods: rice cereal. 70% of my calories will come from the formula, 30% (210 cal) from rice cereal. FUN!! Now I can start eating real food with a spoon. We will start on the weekend. Daddy will have his camcorder ready ;)
What else... grandma Faye is here again with mom's sister and her kids and cousin Debbie with her daughter. Grandma is staying here in our house for 3 nights...everybody else is at aunt Joanne's house.
Some more stats:
-at age 6 months, I will be 20 pounds (assuming I'm still on the 95 percentile line)
-my length is 27 inches
-my head circumference is 17.5 inches
All is normal and all is on the 95 percentile line.
[Ok...waren wieder beim Kinderarzt fuer zwei Impfungen. Ich habe etwas geweint, aber alles schnell vergessen. Sie habe mich auch gewogen. Ich wiege jetzt 18 Pfund und liege noch auf der 95 Perzentillinie. Kopf, Koerper etc sind alle proportional.
Ich verlange mehr zu essen, aber wir koennen die Ersatzmilch nicht erhoehen. Wir sind schon bei 7 Unzen. Der Kinderarzt hat gesagt, dass wir jetzt Reismuesli (rice cereal) einfuehren muessen. 70% der Kalorien kommen von der Ersatzmilch und 30% (210 cal) vom rice cereal. Jetzt kann ich richtige Nahrung mit dem Loeffel essen. Wir werden am Wochenende anfangen. Dad wird den Camcorder bereithalten ;)
Was ist sonst noch passiert....Oma Faye ist wieder da mit Mamma's Schwester und ihren Kindern und Kousine Debbie mit ihrer Tochter. Oma Faye schlaeft fuer 3 Naechte hier im Haus, alle anderen schlafen bei Tante Joanne.
