My speech at age 3

Friday is another speech assessment. Now, at age 3, the school district is taking over the therapy. I'm talking a lot more, but still not many 3 word sentences. I have most problems with the pronunciation, but they have classes for that.

[Naechsten Freitag habe ich wieder ein Sprachtest. Jetzt, im Alter von fast 3, uebernimmt der Schuldistrikt die Therapie. Ich spreche sehr viel mehr, aber noch nicht viele 3+ Wort Saetze. Die groessten Probleme habe ich mit der Aussprache, aber da gibt es spezielle Klassen.]

staying home today

Rain is moving in later today and it is chilly. I want to stay home and just play in the house. I also still have a congested nose and some coughing. Mom has a cold too and dad is getting over his. Pre-school is like a petri-dish.

[Es wird heute regnen und es ist windig und kuehl. Ich will heute zu Hause bleiben und spielen. Habe auch noch immer eine zuhe Nase und etwas Husten. Mom hat auch eine Erkaeltung und Dad's Erkaeltung ist fast weg. Die Vorschule ist wie ein Naehrboden fuer Bakterien...]

quick update...

...have a cold with caughing and using the Vicks gel on my chest. Really like that. No fever...don't like Sesamestreet any more. I'm a big boy now...no crying at preschool any more; I'm really enjoying it.
