Paperplates

I now use paperplates at the restaurant. I used to just throw stuff, but now I can eat like a big boy :)

[Ich benutze jetzt Papierteller im Restaurant. Bisher habe ich viel auf den Boden geworfen aber jetzt kann ich essen wie ein grosser Junge :) ]

First Winter Storm

We had our first winter storm with rain, hail and snow. First real rain since earlier this year. Snow fell in higher altitudes in San Diego.

[Wir hatten heute den ersten Wintersturm mit Regen, Hagel und Schnee. Der erste echte Regen seit ueber 8 Monaten. In den Bergen ist sogar Schnee gefallen.]

We are selling the high chair. I'm a big boy now and can sit at the table :)

Thanksgiving

Mom and Dad are back :)

Mom and dad came back last night from Las Vegas. I'm sooo happy. I missed them...although I had tons of fun with grandma and grandpa.

[Mom und Dad kamen letzte Nacht aus Las Vegas zurueck. Ich bin sooo gluecklich. Habe sie vermisst obwohl ich viel Spass mit Oma und Opa hatte.]

Diaper upgrade

I upgraded the diaper to size 6

Last blog for a couple of days...

My parents will be in Las Vegas for 3 nights starting Sunday and my grandparents from LA come and babysit me and the dogs. I won't blog until Thanksgiving as I will be too busy playing with my grandparents.

[Meine Eltern werden am Sonntag fure 3 Naechts nach Las Vegas fahren. Meine Grosseltern aus Los Angeles werden kommen und auf mich und die Hunde aufpasse. Ich werde keine Zeit haben zu bloggen.]

My mom figured out how to best apply the shoes so I don't tippy toe any more. She keeps telling me those are 'space shoes' but I know the truth...

[Mom hat herausgefunden wie ich am besten die Einlagen trage damit ich nicht mehr auf den Zehenspitzen laufe. Sie erzaehlt mir das dies 'Weltraumschuhe' sind, aber ich weiss was sie wirklich sind...]

Pneumonia update - Lungenentzuendungsupdate

Feeling a lot better. Taking my antibiotics and the cough is almost completely gone. I'm healed !!

[Es geht mir sehr viel besser. Das Antibiotikum hilft und der Husten ist fast weg. Ich bin geheilt !!]

Haicut

I got another haircut yesterday and did not cry at all :)

[Ich war gestern wieder beim Friseur und habe nicht geweint :)]

Leonids...

I will watch the Leonid meteor shower later tonight...if I'm not too tired. I did not nap today.

[Heute nacht werde ich mir den Leonid Meteoritenschauer anschauen...wenn ich nicht zu muede bin. Ich habe heute keinen Mittagsschlaf gehalten.]

Walking Pneumonia

I have a mild walking pneumonia. First I had a cold and then the cough came and stayed. No fever though or anything else. Just a cough and I drink a lot of water. The pediatrician hears some sounds in my left lung. I'm now taking amoxicillin and in a week it should all be over.

[Ich habe eine milde Lungenentzuendung. Erst hatte ich eine Erkaeltung, dann kam der Husten und blieb. Kein Fieber, nur husten. Ich trinke sehr viel Wasser. Der Kinderarzt hat in der linken Lunge etwas Geraeusche gehoert und hat Amoxicillin verschrieben. In einer Woche sollte alles vorueber sein.]

I'm 29 pounds now.

First bath in the big tub

It was time for me to take a bath in the real big tub and not the blow up one. I have SOOO much space :)

[Es war Zeit endlich ein Bad in der grossen Badewanne zu nehmen...und nicht in der aufblasbaren Wanne. Ich habe jetzt SOOO viel Raum zum spielen.]

I got my regular flu shot booster today as well as hepatitis and the H1N1 shot. That really hurt, man.

[Heute habe ich die 2. Grippeimpfung bekommen, und auch Hepatitis und H1N1. Das tat richtig weh, mann]
