Skyped with my grandparents in Germany today. We made music together. FUN. I cried when the call ended.

[Habe heute mit meinen Grosseltern in Deutschland ge-skyped. Haben zusammen Musik gemacht. Als wir aufgelegt haben, habe ich angefangen zu weinen :(]

Speech Assessment II

I had another speech assessment today as we now have a new health insurance. I'm still 50% behind, duh, I knew that....
I have a sound creation disorder besides the speech disorder - yes, they are calling it disorder. There is no real reason for it but can be genetic. They suggest meeting with the speech therapist twice a week to bring me up to speed. Next step is the approval from the health insurance and we can finally start my therapy :)

[Ich hatte heute wieder eine Sprachbeurteilung da wir eine neue Krankenversicherung haben. Ich bin noch immer 50% zurueck (I know that..)
Ich habe eine Stoerung Klaenge zu bilden neben der normalen Sprachstoerung. Ja, sie nennen es 'Stoerung'. Der Grund ist nicht bekannt, kann aber genetisch sein. Sie empfehlen dass ich mich 2 mal in der Woche mit dem Therapeuten treffe damit ich aufholen kann. Der naechste Schritt ist die Zustimmung der Krankenkasse, die ja die Kosten uebernehmen muss.]

Timeouts work

The timeout in the 'noddy corner' work. I get it now. I hit Avery several times today and had to sit in timeout for a minute. I will be better, promise!

[Die 'Auszeiten' in der Ecke haben Wirkung. Ich verstehe es jetzt. Ich habe Avery mehrmals heute gehauen und musste deshalb fuer eine Minute Auszeit nehmen. Ich werde mich besser, versprochen!]

I think I'm fine again. Not throwing up any more and no fever. Must have been a stomach virus.

[Ich glaube, dass ich wieder ok bin. Ich uebergebe mich nicht mehr und habe kein Fieber mehr. Denke, dass es ein Magenvirus war.]

Pedialite !!

I'm not feeling my best. I starting vomiting last night. First all over mom and the couch, then over daddy. Sorry guys. I slept good but I'm still not back to normal today. I'm sleeping right now (and writing this blog in my dreams) and not that hungry. Drinking Pedialite.

[Ich fuehle mich nicht so gut. Ist gestern Abend angefangen. Erst habe ich mich ueber mom und das Sofa erbrochen, dann ueber daddy. 'tschuldigung. Habe aber letzte Nacht gut geschlafen. Heute geht's etwas besser aber ich bin nicht hungrig und trinke Pedialite (Zuckerwasser mit Naehrstoffen). Jetzt schlafe ich und schreibe diesen Blog im meinem Traum.]

Tomorrow, we will drive up to my grandparents in LA for the weekend. My buddy Stephen will come along. We will have sooo much fun.

Another Earthquake - 5.9

We had another earthquake. 5.9 in Borrego Springs, east of San Diego. I was at the gym with mom when it happened.

Close to daddy

I'm really close to daddy. I want to hug and kiss him all the time. I also love the back massages and the relaxation in the hot tub :)

[Ich verbringe im Moment sehr viel Zeit mit daddy und mag das wirklich. Ich will ihn staendig kuessen und umarmen. Ich geniesse auch die Rueckenmassagen und Entspannungen im Jacuzzi.]

I master my puzzles now. They are for 3+ year old, but I can do them without any problems :)

Happy 4th of July

We will go for a hike with the dogs today and later we watch the fireworks.

Good hummus

Tonight, daddy made fresh red bell pepper hummus and home made pita bread. GOOOD.

Playwerx

Today we all went to Playwerx for me to run and climb around. Lot's of fun. Pictures will follow.

Rye pancakes

I made rye pancakes the other day with daddy. They were good and really fluffy. I also learned about ginger, oregano and garlic. Today I smelled cloves. They really smell strong, but I like it. What is next daddy?

[Vor einigen Tagen habe ich mit Daddy Roggenpfannekuchen gemacht. Sie waren wirklich gut und luftig. Ich habe auch ueber Ingwer, Oregano und Knoblauch gelernt. Heute habe ich eine Gewuerznelke gerochen. Wirklich starker Geruch. Was kommt als naechstes?]

Cholesterol ok

The lab results came back from the pediatrician. All ok. Cholesterol is also ok. Was the first panel for a baseline.
