We went to the pediatrician again. I got my 2 month check up and more shots. Got the DTaP and Rotavirus (oral). The DTaP is a shot for Diphteria, tetanus and pertussis (whooping cough). We decided to spread out the shots so I don't get them all on the same visit. That helps my immune system :) I only cried for 2 seconds. Tonight, my parents have to watch me closely for any reaction such as fever. Next week I get another shot.
My weight is still in the 95 percentile (see my other post) and is within range: 14 pounds. I'm now 24.5 inches long. We should keep the bottle at 6 ounces and not increase it more though. That sucks. I want MORE FOOD. Everything else is fine and I'm very healthy.
I can also go into the hot tub with my parents now. We need to set the temperature to 99 deg F and I should not go under water. Also, bromine in the hot tub can create problems with the lungs. However, chlorine, that's what we use in our hot tub is perfectly fine. And I keep my head above water at all times.
We also picked up my birth certificate from the county's office.
[Wir waren wieder beim Kinderarzt fuer meinen 2 Monats Test und Impfungen. Habe eine Impfung fuer Diphterie, Tetanus und Pertussin bekommen. Und oral etwas fuer Rotavirus. Ich habe nur fuer 2 Sekunden geschrien. Wir haben uns entschieden, die Impfungen auf verschiedene Arztbesuche zu verteilen. Das ist besser fuer das Immunsystem :) Heute Nacht muessen meine Eltern aufpassen, ob ich auf die Impfungen mit Fieber etc reagiere. Naechste Woche gibt es die naechste Impfung.
Mein Gewicht ist noch immer im 95 Perzentil und ist mit 14 Pfund ok. Ich bin jetzt 24.5 inches lang. Wir sollen die Flasche bei 6 Unzen belassen und nicht weiter erhoehen, auch wenn ich mehr zu essen will :( Alles andere ist ok und ich bin sehr gesund.
Ich kann jetzt auch mit meinen Eltern in den Jacuzzi gehen. Wir muessen die Temperatur auf 99 Grad Fahrenheit stellen und ich soll meinen Kopf ueber Wasser halten. Die Chemikalien (Chlorin) sind kein Problem.
Wir haben heute auch mein Geburtsdokument bei der Stadt abgehohlt.]
