Rubella shot today

Today, I got my rubella shot. Again, it burned like hell. I don't like that!!!

[Heute habe ich meine Roetelimpfung bekommen. Und wieder hat es sehr gebrannt. Das mag ich absolut garnicht !!]

My first lollypop - Mein erster Lutscher

New car seat

I got a new car seat. The old one had problems, so we got a new one today. This one is a lot more comfortable and has a nice cup holder. That's important for me ;)

[Ich habe heute einen neuen Autositz bekommen. Der alte hatte einige Probleme. Dieser ist komfortabler und hat einen Becherhalter. Das war sehr wichtig fuer mich ;)]

Kitchen gate

We got another gate for the kitchen so I cannot get into the kitchen area when mom cooks. Safety she said...don't like that. I want to be right next to her.

[Wir haben ein weiteres Gitter fuer die Kueche gekauft damit ich nicht in die Kueche gehen kann wenn Mom kocht. Aus Sicherheitsgruenden, sagt sie. Mag ich garnicht, da ich jetzt nicht mehr bei Mom sein kann wenn sie kocht.]

I love pickles

I noticed that I LOVE pickles.

Spring is here

Lots of birds woke me up this morning. They are back in San Diego!! Spring is here.

Wild Animal Park Trip

Went to the wild animal park again today. We had a LOT of fun. Too bad that daddy had to work :(

Ringworm

Turns out that I have a little ring worm on my left cheek. I have that small rash for a while. We are putting fungus creme on it now and it already looks better. Kill the ring worm !!

[Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass ich einen kleinen "Ringwurm"/ Ringelflechte auf meiner linken Backe habe. Ich habe dort seit einiger Zeit einen kleinen Ausschlag. Jetzt schmieren wir eine Pilzkreme drauf und die Roetung ist schon fast weg.]

My pants are fitting now

Aunt Joanne hemmed my pants as all are a little bit too long. I can walk a lot better now since I don't step on them any more. Thanks aunt Joanne!

[Tante Joanne hat alle meine Hosen gekuerzt. Sie waren alle etwas zu lang und habe mich beim Laufen gehindert. Danke Tante Joanne!]

Latest accomplishments

• I'm a lot better with the big legos and know how to build things. I'm getting frustrated when it collapses
  
• My finger finally found my nose. I started picking my nose.
• I walk a lot better  
• I understand what my parents tell me like 'come over here' and 'kiss Taylor'
• I have almost all my primary teeth :)
  
• Next goal: working on my talking

Met my shadow

I met my shadow today at the playground. Wonder if he is always there...and why my shadow is taller than I am. Anyway. I don't think he can hear me and he does not talk :(

[Ich habe heute meinen Schatten auf dem Spielplatz kennengelernt. Ist der immer dort? Er scheint auch groesser als ich zu sein. Wie auch immer. Er schein mich nicht hoeren zu koennen...er antwortet mir nicht :( ]

Celebrating Passover, Birthdays and a trip to MyGym

I spent Thursday and most of Friday at aunt Joannes. We celebrated passover, my parents birthdays this month and we went to MyGym and had a lot of fun. See the videos!

Sozializing at SeaWorld

For a few days I'm really into Mr. Blue and Mr. Froggy. I'm cuddling a lot with them. They are soooo soft.

I LOVE reading books now

I'm now really enjoying books. I pick them up and bring them to mom or dad to read to me. That is fun.

[Ich habe jetzt viel Spass an Buechern. Ich hebe sie auf und bringe sie zu Mom oder Dad um sie mir vorzulesen. Das macht Spass.]

Starting to climb

I'm starting to climb...trying to get on the bed for instance. I can't do it yet, but I promise to keep trying.

[Ich fange jetzt an zu klettern...ich versuche zum Beispiel aufs Bett zu klettern. Ich kann es noch nicht, aber ich werde es weiterhin versuchen. Versprochen.]

Not another haircut !!

My mom gave me a haircut tonight. First time for her. We will see how good it looks. Pictures are coming in the next couple of days. I am NOT happy.

[Mom hat mir einen Haarschnitt verpasst. Erste Mal fuer sie. Wir werden in den naechsten Tagen sehen, wie es aussieht. Ich bin NICHT gluecklich.]

Going to MyGym again today

I'm going to MyGym again today. That will be fun :)

I can slide down the slide on my own now...sit straight...move butt forward...bend forward...and SLIIIIIDE. :)
